He really does have great crisp timing and accuracy with his punches at times so I'd be very interested in seeing him dealing with Khan's speed. If he can weather the early storm and tempo Khan always brings then I believe it would be a 60/40 fight in Kell's favour.

However I do think you're underestimating Khan's chin a bit. He wouldn’t be knocked out but definitely wobbled!

Wobbled him nicely. Won him the round and got Porters respect at the perfect time.

Khan fights are always dependent on the ref.
If the ref lets Khan hold - which he did against Collazo - then Khan remains a chance against Brook.
But Amir Khan has no power, his punches are even less than that of Paulie.
Collazo was standing right in front of him, hands down - yet Khan still could not deter him from coming forward. It is just when Collazo caught up with Khan, then Amir would hold.
Khan cannot infight AT ALL.. like, not even remotely.
It is for that reason that I think Khan is C level as a fighter.
Brook is B level and should account for Khan, probably even KO him.

There's a lot of truth here. You get people saying "Khan can't be beaten on points, only knocked out" - Well for one, he has no inside game. Peterson showed he can be beaten on points. Whatever you think of the result or the decision, it still showed Khan has no inside game at all.

I'm not a Khan hater at all but i don't get why people say he has great skills. He has fantastic speed and combinations. He has a terrible defence, average footwork, not much of a chin, no inside game, no clue what to do once he's tagged and a pretty low ring IQ. Anyone with a good ring IQ can usually drag him into their style of fight. That's why i laughed when people say he would beat Mayweather. You will need a lot more than just good speed and combination. Mayweather would expose his many flaws.

To beat Khan you either need to be good inside or have good intelligence and timing. I believe he would lose to Brook because Brooks timing is too good not to catch him within 12 rounds. Same reason i think he would probably always lose to Garcia and i don't rate Garcia that highly but he does possess great timing and once a good shot detonates on Khan's chin, it's usually over.

Yeah, between one of the early rounds i think Ingle was telling him to use the uppercut. Might have been easier said than done due to Porter's awkwardness but the times he did use it, he had some success.

    I disagree.

Brook is too smart to fight Porters fight. Once Brook worked him out he used some intelligent footwork to avoid having to fight on the inside too much. Even when he was inside, Brook smothered Porters work so Porters arms were just flailing around everywhere. This is good defensive inside work, he didn't allow Porter to get anything off.

This is called inside game. He did good defensive work on the inside but he did his best offensive work from the outside because he knows that's where he's more effective so he didn't fight Porter's fight. He fought a smart fight. If Brook had no defensive inside game at all, Porter would have been more effective. In a way, you could argue that Brooks inside game was better than Porters in the sense he didn't let Porter do what he likes to do.

Inside game is more than just throwing punches with your heads locked together.

i understand what your saying but i dont get why khans holding means he has no inside game but kells holding is good inside fighting

Khans inside game has actually improved recently to be fair to him, in the sense he's learned how to hold and not get drawn into a fight as much so maybe it was unfair to say he has no inside game at all. Against Peterson he didn't know how to, which is why he was just pushing instead and got deducted points. Now he holds but he just holds until it's broken, he doesn't hold, then create a bit of distance and get shots off like Brook did at times.
