Aye but has Jennings not dropped out, leaving Brook to fight an 'eliminator' against an unknown opponent?

I know it's a step in the wrong direction, But I want Brook to defend his British title against Matt Hatton. Big brother should take a step back and let Matt get a dream (if undeserved) shot at the Londsdale belt. I would pay ringside for that one:yep
If not:-( Then surely a shot at the European(is it Jackewics) would be the way to go??

Brook is too good for the domestic scene (put Europe in that too) no doubting that but is he ready for world title? Not yet. Needs a tester or two at that level first i.e. a Judah.

Warren is using the 'wold title elimator' to sell the show now Jennings has dropped out, as he wants it to be a 'mega card'. One thing is for sure- when he gets the title shot it will be in Sheffield.

The world at scene at welter is very very deep so Warren has to be very careful about what route he takes with Kell... He's still young, he aint been tested yet!!! I feel he should pick up the Euro belt make a few defences of it against some good opposition before even thinking about a world title..... Only my opinion

He sounds very eager to me, i hope they don't rush him becos he's a real talent!!!

I just hope he gets a decent test in this eliminator, so we can see what he's like down the stretch. I think Kell Brook will go a long way in the sport, he looks an absolute natural to me (although it's still early doors in his pro career). Unforunately he's in the division of death!

I'd love to see Brook Vs Khan 2 years down the line

I would like to see him fight Gianluca Branco or Delvin Rodriguez or if he wants a 'title' belt Lovemore N'dou... they could be good measuring sticks

I don't see Brook and Pacquiao happening any time soon.... Manny is the WBO champ afterall. Plus if he loses it, it would then be in the hands of Mayweather so Warren is better off putting him down a different title route.

Although they would more than likely vacate than fight him anyway I guess. Just thinking out loud.

Pacquaio i believe only has two fights left, Big money fights...i don't see Brook being on his agenda.

He definitely needs to fight a fighter against someone even close to the level of Rodriguez before a title shot.....

Of course there is zero chance of Brook fighting the Pac/PBF winner....Warren will definitely engineer Brook to fight for the vacant title at some point next year, pretty much a certainty unless Brook comes unstuck before then.

There's a video interview with him on Youtube from last year where he says they're thinking of moving down to light welter.
