His arms are as big as some guys I seen who are 2 - 3 stone heavier than he is. Does he even work his arms with weights? Steak & Broccoli for breakfast...I think I'll have to give it a try lol.
Oh sugar, he looks in crazy shape. The good point about this is that Brook may be even better than we've ever seen him which is good because his development should not have stopped yet.
:rofl brilliant analysis craney, just ****ing brilliant :rofl brook beats him hands down, and im not even a big fan
added muscle will slow him down by round 6 kells muscles will start to tighten up his arms will start to feel like there locking up by round 7 you will see kell shaking his arms.
Once again people are reading way too much into how a fighter looks. With someone like Kell Brook, it doesn't mean much because he's always looked "in shape". It's different when you've got Tyson Fury with a spare tyre round his waist suddenly sporting a six pack. That's significant. He looked "in shape" for the Carson Jones fight, but Hearn said his conditioning wasn't as good as it should've been. Firstly, he doesn't look that big at all. It's something you hear a lot on boxing forums. "Brook looks hench as ****" "Pac looks like a beast". No he doesn't. He looks like your average Fillipino. Here is proof This content is protected Kell Brook is also just a normal looking guy when he's wearing clothes. This content is protected Why do people on this forum go crazy over anyone who weighs over 8 stone? The guys who are built like tanks are fighting at heavyweight. He's flexing, and he has very little bodyfat, which is why he looks the way he does (which is the way a welterweight should look anyway). Nothing to suggest he's been focusing too much on weights. You don't even need weights to look like that. Even if he has been lifting weights, it's probably compound exercises. It's unlikely he's gonna be doing bicep curls while looking in the mirror and admiring himself like some ponce. People don't understand there's a difference between bodybuilding and sports specific weight lifting. "oh ****, look at his shoulders and biceps. He's been lifting too many weights which will slow him down". A lot of people within boxing still have this backwards attitude and are scared of weights, yet will have their fighters doing **** like 100 sit ups and crunches. Nothing to suggest Brook's peaked early either. Then there's the camera, which often lies. Lighting, angles, etc can create an illusion, and a low amount of body fat can also give off the illusion of bigger muscles. How do you know Brook didn't take that picture soon after a heavy workout session when the muscles were still filled with blood and bigger than normal? The pic hardly tells us anything about what Brook's performance will be like.
Alexander has some f'd up bicep. It's like Popeye's . I think if Kell settles down early he beats Alexander and beats him in style i don't think Devon really understands how good Brook is offensively. I think Cunningham back pats the lad to point there both utterly deluded about his ability. They talk like Devon is a top elite level fighter. Sorry but he's been beaten more then once and Bradley beat him at 70%. Alexander is great against guys who he can control, take that control away and he seems to struggle for answers. I think the Maidana win papers over many cracks in his style. Although Brook isn't exactly top notch himself at this point he's a good fighter who i think will surprise Alexander early on and proceed to run wild in Detroit.
Looking forward to the fight. Sounds like Brook is giving it everything and its a fight he can win. It should be a good night for British boxing,if Brook fights at his best he will bring the belt back.
They are weird the people on this forum. They wank over welterweights as if they could rival a prime Ronnie Coleman. Kell Book is a small guy, with a small frame. He's in shape and athletic, but i don't understand when people getting carried away using descriptive words like... "He's massive, he's huge"... Or saying stupid thingS like... "The added muscles will slow him down"...
For the record... This is a easy fight for Kell Brook in my opinion. Devon Alexander is a weak individual at 147, very weak.
