Yeah I agree on all of your first 3 points, as for the fight itself I always have been and probably always will be undecided on the winner, I always edge one way or another but never decisively towards one fighter

My list proves it's is highly likely Brook would beat Khan fairly easily, he's is simply better than him in almost every department, I don't know how anyone can say Khan would win. he doesn't have the power to win by a lucky punch, he has virtually no chance, Brook would bully him every minute it lasts.

I think it's safe to say Khan is quicker, faster hands although Brook isn't exactly slow.

Power, Brook punches hard but something that should be noted is Broner dropped Porter heavily, Brook didn't. It was a different kind of fight and Porter smothered Brook and kept on Brooks chest but still a point.

Khan looks like he hasn't carried any power to 147, infact I think it looks like he has somehow lost power under Hunter, maybe he isn't sitting down on his punches now because Hunter wants him in and out.

Chins, Khan is now seriously brittle, I think this will be seen when he is hit by a genuine welterweight and the reason Hunter and co won't let him anywhere near a puncher of any kind.

Brooks chin hasn't really been tested as such, but he has been shook a couple of times. Hasn't been in serious trouble though.

Accuracy, Brooks is very good, Khan isn't that poor either but I think the angles Brook finds and lands from makes it look more impressive.

Timing, Brooks greatest asset for me and an asset that Khan struggles badly against. This is the reason I'm convinced Brook beats Khan.

Footwork, Brooks is very good, better balance and looks more athletic and this is where Khan struggles again, Khan has fast feet but only in and out and he gets caught so much because he either stays too long in the pocket or puts his feet in a position where he has nowhere to go.

I do believe Brook beats Khan and beats him convincingly.

It's not like Brook has off nights anyway.. he's a consistent performer. The first carson jones fight was his only bad performance I can think of. Khan has literally no chance and he knows it himself which is why hes using every excuse in the book to turn down millions.

Re Broner dropping porter and Brook not ... Didn't Briner have some rehydration clause in place ? Ya have to wonder if that would've affected Porters punch resistance, he would've came in far heavier against Brook, no ?

Porter walked onto the shot. Malignaggi has stated several times that Broner doesn't carry any power.

Yeah and drained him to the lowest weight of hos career.

I don't think Porter was hurt by the shot. He walked into it as said above because he was well in front at that point, and the fact that Broner actually threw a punch probably suprised him.

I wouldn't read too much into Broner dropping Porter but not Brook. After all Brook dropped Hatton and hurt N'Dou more than Canelo did by dragging them up in weight. Plus Khan did drop Collazo when Thurman didn't.

Khan doesn't do well against fighters with good timing.

People look into the Porter Broner KD too much.

To me, it seemed like Porter knew he had won the fight and by round 12, he probably thought it was in the bag and he'd take it easy, he fell asleep for a second and was made to pay for it.

Hence, the look of shock when he got up, he wasn't hurt, just shocked.

Absolutely spot on. Broner wasn't even close to hurting him after the knockdown.

You may well be right, I am just saying Brook isn't actually the Golovkin of the welterweights

I agree completely, I believe that timing is Brook's best asset.

And I'd like to add I did mention Porter was stuck to Brook's chest in that fight, it was hard for Brook to get any real distance between them and therefore any real leverage.

Also Brook did shake Porter in that fight, I am just saying Brook punches hard enough but I wouldn't describe him as a huge puncher.

Khan is always waiting on this 'super fight' to present itself. It's not going to happen, years spent chasing Mayweather, you think the guy would have learned to take the best fight out there and that's the Brook fight, great payday, a belt on the line, but i think everyone knows December will be yet another Collazo, Alexander, Algeri type of fight. Plenty of fights to get excited about before the end of the year and Khans won't be one of them.
