I don't get why Brook would already be at 148 doesn't sound like a good plan.

Spot on. Thats my big question with Spence. Can he take a punch? And also can he deal with guys who can move as he seemed pretty lost in the olympics dealing with such fighters and we have yet to see him in against a guy with that style as a pro. Yeah Algerie will get brought up but come on man, enough with Algerie lol!
The point Gil made about Brook and Spence has got to be one of the worst examples ive ever seen. According to Gils logic then neither Broner nor Thurman can crack an egg either because porter did the same to both of them. Porter is a godam.n tank in the ring. Brook can punch and anyone saying other wise is either biased or clueless.

Claiming Brook has no power/less boxing skills than Spence doesn't really fit to the damage to both Porter's and GGG's faces after their fights.

GGG had more facial damage after 5 rounds with Brook than 12 with Jacobs, that's just a fact.

Completely wrong. The opposite of what actually happened. GGG barely had a mark on him after Brook.

Brooks weight has been the question so far, but nobody is questioning Spence“s weight cut situation. Spence is huge welter and he is now travelling and preparing in a foreign environment. He might have more problems cutting weight than Brook has.

I have kept quiet until now on this fight to see the build up etc. I have a lot of respect for Kell Brook who is a good fighter and in my opinion the best of the champion at 147 pounds. I rate him higher than Keith One Time Thurman who is a legend in his own imagination. However I have to say from what I have seen Erroll Spence Jr looks like a best in class special talent. With the exception of GGG who Brook don't let's forget lost to,I have to say Spence Jr has faced the higher level of competition. The last 6 fights of Erroll Spence Jr are a higher caliber than all Brook's title defenses. The fact Al Haymon and Team Spence are willingly coming to the U.K. particularly Bramall Lane, Sheffield should tell the discerning something! This is not a Calzaghe vs Jeff Lacy situation perhaps more akin to Lloyd Honeyghan vs Marlon Starling. Brook does not look to me like he can control his emotions. Spence is a highly skilled technical boxer puncher. My prediction is Spence will stop Brook inside 10 rounds. Brook is getting praise for getting in with GGG but he lost and no prizes in boxing for coming 2nd. He is facing in Spence a more talented fighter than GGG.

Brooks biggest asset is his timing. When he throws he usually lands if Spends leaves himself open and starts throwing big wide hooks it's a very real possibility that a chocolate brownie is going to ruin his chin. If Brook can wobble Porter more than once he can get to anyone else at 147 and that's from someone who hasnt been sold on his power for much of his career.

It's a big fight and too close to call, I'm leaning towards Brook late but wouldn't be surprised that Spence shows us what he's made off and gets the W

I watched the Kell Brook Behind the Rope's special last night and I'm a bit concerned he might be overtraining. He's training ridiculously hard three times a day over in Fuerteventura. There was also a segment where he was doing pad work in the ring with his trainer Dominic Ingle where Ingle was giving some of their tactics away. He was saying when Spence does this, you do this or move to this side etc. I didn't like that.
