I think he works with the sports science guys at Sheffield Hallam Uni. They'll bring him in bang on weight and in tip top shape. Unless they injure him first, which isn't unknown.
I expect Brook's fight night weight to be 190+ The man is a beast and should be campaigning at cruiserweight. Shame on Brook for picking on a small MW like Golovkin.
I am a nutritionist he he. He usually has one of the best physiques in boxing. His softness shows he shouldn't be fighting at middle. Thread says brook looks good. I say he looks soft. If it was weigh in and he looked good then great. But its not and hes not
You must be a very bad nutritionist then. Boxers always look like this weeks from weigh in. I said he looks good because he is looking very heavy (reports are 175 lbs) while also not looking fat at this stage of camp. I guess you just don't know much about the nutritional side of boxing...
No matter how Brook looks or feels or say he feels, he is not ready for the man he is to face. He has never felt that kind of power and pressure in his entire career. He thinks that he hits hard but when his punches are little or no effect on GGG and GGG is dropping them bombs that hurt no matter where he hits him, then he will realize that maybe he bit off a little more than he can chew. Hearns thought that he was gonna blast out Hagler ( and you know Hearns can punch) but he found out that it is not that easy.
You are a nutritionalist and yet failing to grasp the very basic point of the thread, which is he looks good at this stage of his camp, which he does
IYO He is naturally lean and muscular. Him being that soft and watery clearly shows he's heavier than he should be. GO and take a look at Chris eubank Jr at the start of a camp. He ll still be less than 10% bf He looks like a kid lifting weights for 6 months on a 'bulk' Khan was the same fat and watery at middle. Ie an engineered middle. Somewhere be has no business. Hence getting his face bent
