I think Sturm 116-112 is fair I had it 115-113 Sturm. Lot cleaner work. Macklins pitty pat shoeshines were not landing nor solid shots. He was very nervous first round thought he would gas but fought well. Good fight Sturm just too seasoned for Macklin who had no plan b and was a sucker for the uppercut.

EDIT: Jim Watt is so bad at scoring fights its scary! 4 of the first 5 to macklin was insane

 

I had it the same and got ripped for it , I was told i scored it that way because Macklin is irsh

 

Had it 116-115 for Sturm... I bottled 3 rounds and scored em draws, home bias on the draws then I suppose you can account for 116-112

 

General forum- Who won:

25 said Macklin won
4 said Sturm won
3 said it was a draw.

It's no worse than the Brit forum, where there's a ****ing majority backing a Haye win. This forum has less trolls that's why it's better. Not because people have a better knowledge of boxing.

For the record I had MM by one. But it was no crime.

It was a great middleweight title fight, which is a rarity these days.
