My God another extension Brook? I'm seriously losing all respect for this guy just vacate already. How are the IBF allowing this to happen?

Brook needs to get it into his thick head Khan is not gunna fight him, Pacquaio has one foot out the door, Garcia and Thurman are already tied up, you already beat Porter so the only top 5 guy left is your mandatory.

I used to like Brook he was my favourite WW but the guys resume is absolutely crap, one good fighter in Porter and a pension fight with GGG.

Spence needs to force the issue asap, he's career is being stalled with this fukery. I just really wanna see this fight two of my favourite WW squaring off.

No he doesn't. Why? Just so idiots can claim he ducked Spence because he hasn't been medically cleared?

Nothing stopping Spence from taking an interim fight in the meantime. Hasn't he also been offered a final eliminator v Bradley too with the WBC?

Brook hasn't been medically cleared to spar yet. The reason he hasn't vacated is because he has no problem whatsoever fighting Spence, if he can't land Pacquiao or Khan.

And if Brook holds his ground Spence won't take the fight anyway. His team are just waiting to see if Brook vacates- and Haymon is pushing Khan in that direction. Because if he doesn't, Spence ain't coming to the UK for 25% with VADA testing. Not happening.

So the one who will stop 'two of your favouite welters squaring off will be Spence- not Brook- if he doesn't vacate, which you indicate he should, just so Spence can fight Berto for a vacant title.

Bit harsh on Brook. Doctors have still not cleared him to spar. Let's give him an opportunity to actually train for the spence fight.

Kell will fight Spence as Khan doesn't want the fight. Eddie Hearn wants Kell to vacate and move up. Kell told him he isn't giving up his belt.

Why would he take a fight with Bradley when he is mandatory for the IBF belt.

Kell has been given a two month extension already now he wants another? No one told his dumb ass to go on kamikaze mission against GGG. Why does it have to have Vada this isn't the WBC.

If Kell can't defend his belt due to injury then he needs to be asked to be made a champion emeritus so he fights the winner of the two when he is fit.

So a medical extension should be mitigated by the caliber of the opponent who caused it? I'd rather my doctor be objective in making his assessment and it's right the doctors who granted Brook's extension were too. Who caused an injury and the judiciousness of fighting him is irrelevant..

Spence should call out Khan, the winner fights Brook. Let's see Khan wriggle out of that one...

He will take a fight with Bradley because if he wins, he can become mandatory for the WBC title (and thus also the WBA being they are unifying) and he can fight Bradley for 50% in the USA, rather than coming on a kanikaze mission to the UK in a fight he won't win.

It will have VADA testing because Brook has had it for all his recent fights, and Matchroom will win the purse bid.

And why shouldn't he go after GGG. Nobody else was willing to fight him, and his stock rose even in defeat. Spence, through Haymon, was offered the fight as a voluntary last summer but they wasn't keen (which is why I know they are only interested in the IBF if Brook vacates). Injuries happen in boxing. It's part of the game, and even if Brook was fit to make a defence, they would've likely waited until May anyway and done the deal before going to purse bids, being they already have Haye-Bellew, and Joshua-Klitschko PPVs. So why ask to be made champ in recess, when he can be given a medical exemption for a few extra weeks.

All that will happen if Brook vacates is Spence gets an easy fight for a vacant title. Why not try and prove himself instead?

hearn is hinting that he doesn't like the brook spence fight. he said he just lost v ggg and another loss against spence would leave him no where to go and that is so true because brook has been a cuddled and protected fighter. so it is too risky for hearn and brook. unless they get khan fight brook is running to 154. i called this long, long, long time ago my friends

Just like you called this: https://www.boxingforum24.com/threads/how-long-before-brook-pulls-out.569547/

    And Porter beating him?

Do you ever get tired of him proving you wrong?

And the fact you think he's been protected when Arum and Haymon are steering their big stars well clear of him, just shows that you have become bitter by have an unwillingness to admit when you're wrong.

Is wilder asking for medical extensions to delay his mandatory? No. Wilder hasn't even got a mandatory because Povetkin keeps messing up the whole thing. When wilder has a mandatory his ducking believe me I'll be all over it. So for now he will keep fighting bums, in match ups I don't care about.

Everything your saying goes out the window because if Khan was willing to fight Brook he would sign to fight in the drop of a heartbeat. So don't tell me he can't sign for the fight right now, I'm sure Spence would be happy to wait for him to get fit if the fight was signed because at least he can be training with a fight in mind.

I'm not diminishing his injury just sign for the fight or to purse bid so both men can at least have that part settled, then take his time to get into his training camp.
