Unless Kel has a world title I can't see Khan being interested.

Sky actually don't pay their freelancers that much across the board- five hundred quid is about your limit whoever you are and whatever programme you are on.

Yeah, I realise Sky want to hype him but in truth he really hasn't fought a legitimate test. Even Carson Jones is no more than good and is not a true gauge of how he'd do at World level.

I actually disagree with you here df, I think Brook has a chance vs both of them. I'm not a big fan of Garcia and think a sharp puncher like Kell will eventually prove his downfall. Whether Brook is that man, I don't know because as you say he hasn't had a true test. Peterson would be a hard fight too but I'm not sure whether we just saw the best Lamont will ever be that night vs Khan. Bradley made him look pretty average and though Brook is no Bradkey yet, he has nice enough footwork to worry Peterson IMO.

But as I say I think Khan will beat him. Brook has looked wonderful at times but it's always when he's had the fight on his terms. The speed and flurries of Khan, even at their most ineffective, still disconcert opponents and Brook is not one who would just walk through it. It would disrupt his rhythm enough I think for Khan to nick it. It's why I fancy Alexander vs Brook too.

Writers/journalists etc, not their rotation of pundits. If I was Sky I'd pay Souness in magic beans as that's all he's worth.

 

Cardle looking good but not economic enough, he doesn't hit hard enough to be just throwing bursts then single shots
