I've broke mine 6 times, there is nothing you can do once it's been badly messed up the first time. After that it's always weak and sometimes swells and also screws with your eye sockets. Of course if you leave a normal life and don't get smashed in the face your fine but for boxing he'll just have to learn to deal with it
That's deeply unfortunate, I did notice that aswell as having to regularly clear the flem/snot or whatever from his nose he felt the need to quickly wipe his eye with his glove on several occasions, which I guess validates the eye socket issue you mentioned, it's going to cause him serious problems, hopefully it won't be completely detrimental.
Most fighters have their noses broken at some stage in their careers,Kell seems to have a very long pointy nose which will be vulnerable to damage due to the bone structure and the fact that it has already been broken, its a huge target and will definitely be a in the mind of future opponents.
The threads about Brooks chin... sigh. What happened to this place. If Tyson Bruno happened today they would be saying Tyson has a glass jaw because Bruno managed to wobble him
Wrong about the fight, wrong about Kell moving up[for now].For me,he couldn't have put in a better performance. But this fight should be a springboard to better things.Barring any injuries[?]he SHOULD be out again before Christmas, even if its against nobody too special and even in America. Then a big fight at home in about March.Activity.Thats whats been lacking before.Be surprised though.
I had many doubts about Brook before the fight, but he couldn't have put a much better performance in imo. He's definitely read for a world title shot now and I think he has the power to KO Khan.
