Infact he can't be 2 as he's already lost to BJS unless you think he beats GGG?

 

Quitilin couldn't beat Andy Lee. Billy whooped Lee and Eubanks very narrowly lost to Billy when he was green. Logic states that the improved and more confidant Eubanks handily takes Billy who is the second best MW in the world . Therefor Eubank is #2 H2H mw out there.

 

Proven by beating British level opponents.

CEJ had the opportunity to rematch BJS, fight Golovkin and fight Jacobs and instead we get Doran, Quinlan and an assortment of British level fighters.

Billy priced himself out. Refused to budge on a 80/20 split. Eubank is now a bigger name and a bigger draw than Saunders.

 

That doesn't make him the better fighter though.

 

It will prove that he isnt a one trick pony and is deserving of his world level status at Welterweight.

ggg,jacobs,canelo,lemieux and Saunders are all better in my opinion and not so sure he can beat lee or quilin...and jermal charlo is coming to take the number 2 spot
