So obvious he was being sloppy on purpose to reel Khan in! He suckered all you guys in, he wasn't trying his best on purpose. No big threat from Zerafa to stop Brook, perfect opponent to play with.
listen it was his first fight in 9 months and had a new trainer and after suffering 2 bad eye injuries in previous fights he has just had a 12 round war which was harder than anyone expected but he won. fair play not the best performance but a win and a good fight "It is the best training camp I've ever had. We did some unbelievable things but they just weren't there tonight. "I don't know if I was trying to much, expected too much and was just a bit flat. "I was a bit like Klitschko tonight, the right I just couldn't let it go. But I have got the buzz back, I am reborn and I love boxing again."
Brook's confidence is done. He can only get motivated by the Khan fight because it's the only thing he has ever dreamt about. Anyone apart from Khan does some serious damage to Brook's face and retires him. Look at Brook's face....he looks like hell and much older than what he actually is. That's what happens when you balloon upto 180lbs between fights and then drop 30lbs to make fight weight.
That did cross my mind but is that the wisest move when you've had two metal plates put into your skull?
I know m8 but he probably spars guys with the same power as Zarafa all the time, still risky but doable.
WTF are you on about? I dont support either fighter. I used to be a Khan fan but his antics and stupidity have put me off him As for Brook, he never chased greatness and now its too late.
Nah. It would have been obvious if he was being deliberately poor. He looked ok in small flashes but him just missing with his punches and just not quite avoiding the opponents punches wasn't put on. It was the difference between a prime fighter and one whose best days are over.
I am not a Khan fan However in the Brook-Khan debate i try and be as objective as I can The hate for Khan means people will overlook Brook's shortcomings
