Golovkin did not care about Brook's power, he did not have enough to bother him, so he just ran over him, broke his eye ball socket.

Khan was out boxing El Pollo, but Khan is usually really good early, he just has no chin, can't take a punch as all, plus El Pollo had the weight advantage...........

@There Will Be Blood He was beating him for the first 4 rounds, but as you saw Canelo had figured him out and was starting to counter that speed, which only means Canelo can adapt to any situation put in front of him... lol at you gloating about a dude that got put to sleep by a supposed "Feather Fist!"

brilliant metaphor--much better writer than i'll ever be, that's for sure.

i might suggest though that if you're an aspiring journalist, you might need to tone it down (slightly) if you're writing headlines for NYT, SI, or the like. :)

Brook fights at 147 and has for all but a couple of fights early in his career, so in that sense he's a "natural mw", but he's able to fight at 147 only with a lot of technology and a lot of drying out; he was heavier than GGG when they fought, plus he looked naturally solid to me.

What his trainers were saying through the British press prior to the GGG fight was that Brook was having his best camp ever without the distraction of having to dry out and that now that he's allowed to carry the additional weight into the fight he would have a lot more power.
