Purdy is awful - stood on his head by an old, shot to **** Colin Lynes.

I'm going off this New Age Promoting more and more by the day.

 

This is a terrible fight, we already know Brook beats Purdy who is somehow fighting on Sky and being hyped. To face Purdy after Alexander fell through twice is pretty gash match making, it's not all about rankings and as fans we're not really bothered about one person moving up if it means we have to watch gash fights.

They should be looking at getting Brook in with Ortiz or Malinaggi if he loses to Broner, Purdy should be targeting Gavin/Vassell or the winner of the two should they actually fight.

They're levels apart and it's a pointless fight, I'm not even sure it would sell tickets, Purdy doesn't have the name that Hatton had and won't being a few thousand with him from Essex.
