according to Boxing news brook will face senchenko.. for god sakes this isn't a step up.. another meaningless fight in kells career. Getting abit silly now really.. Kell needs to go to america and fight one of the top guys and forgt about constantly fighting in sheffield. I was going to go to this fight until i found out senchenkos the likely opponent. It annoys me too how in the ifilm interview kugan said this was a dangerous fight. This isn't dangerous... kell will KO this guy in 5 rounds

More like a boring UD, barring another tear in Slav's paper skin.

Former paper champ, slightly more respectable than K9 Bundrage. (if that)

    Awful fight.

A B-level Malignaggi made this guy look like a novice

I'm not trying to disrespect senchenko.. just kells at a point where he needs to be fighting tougher tests. There just going to promote the **** outta he beat hatton, an old faded hatton, who he was losing to at the tie of the stoppage lol. I like hearn, just with kell i don't think he's doing a good job, heck maybe kells saying to him he don't wanna go to america lol who knows... its just getting a lil silly now

  9. Senchenko is actually a good fighter, shows what you people know. By far Brook's toughest test.

He's ok.. lets not pretend he's anything special.. would he beat ortiz, guerrero, berto, thurman, broner, maidana.. i think not. Kells better than this level but come on, senchenko is not a dangerous opponent, so long as kell trains hard and take it seriously its over in 5

What is the point of putting him in a fight with Senchenko? What will it prove?

I mean Paulie managed to get a TKO victory over him and he's one of the most feather-fisted fighters to have ever won a title.

You talking about the same malignaggi who took broner to another level?...
    Paulie is no mans mug.
Would Kell have been as good v Broner?
Senchenko is an OK fight for Kell. He's an experienced tidy boxer who is ****ing huge at the weight.Knocking out even a shot Ricky Hatton in his backyard is easier said then done.
if and it is a big if...If kell dominates and stops senchenko then yeah by all means call on a higher level...let's see.....for the record I would fancied Devon Alexander to dominate and stop Kell Brook had it happened.

How many times have you seen him? Every single defense of his WBA title was made against improbable contenders who did squat to net their ranking, and in each he looked more suited to a Euro belt holder based on his flat performances. Most damningly, he went life and death with Nuzhnenko (ignore the cards) who later went on to drop eight clear rounds to Matthew Hatton.

Even against shot Ricky Hatton, Slava lost every round clearly until the sixth.
