Brook just have a little too much for Horn. Its not a good fight for horn Brook is a accurate puncher and Horn is very fragile skin.
There isn't a big enough name to take this fight on. If he is fighting at 154 he might as well go to one of the champs at 154. High risk little reward fighting Horn.

Vargas fight is interesting, that be more winnable, i have never been impressed with jesse vargas

 

He's not in the top 15 for the WBC (or any of them at welter).

 

And they have mandatories and fights in the pipeline which means 2020 until he gets a shot. Unless a big big money offer is made.... the. Maybe

 

I think Horn will stop him late rounds.

 

I feel if Brook lost this fight it would be a little embarrassing for him to be honest lol.
