I would cry if Brook beat Shane. I've not cried since my first day at school, but that would set me off good and proper.
That's why I hate to see fighters carry on too long, it's always sad seeing them lose to people that they would have wiped the floor with in their primes.
I think Mosley is shot personally. It depends on your definition on it of course but any version of Shane that doesn't wipe the likes of Cano out is erring on the side of being shot. He has looked pretty dreadful since he landed that right in the 2nd round vs Floyd and, although I'm by no means a big fan of Brook, I think he'd have far too much for him at this point. Not that that is anything to be proud of mind.
Rewatch Shane v Alvarez. He did much better than I remembered watching at the time, he was very competitive. He's still got a bit to offer, he's not exactly James Toney - that is well and truly shot. Obviously its a big fall from what he was, but I would only call him shot if he couldn't compete at world level, the signs seem to be that he can.
