Nope, if Porter is good enough to get a decision vs Devon or KO him, then he can do the same over Brook. Porter's confidence from beating Devon would be Sky high as well. Pointless really though as Devon wins this fairly easily.
Devon won't lose to Porter. If he did, and Brook was next, he should beat Porter. A touch slower but much better schooled. Porter for all his speed and flash lacks the sort of pressuring intensity that helped Jones trouble Brook the first go-around.
