    Yeah I assume so, Brook would be stripped and Spence Jr would also fail to make weight, so they would just fight for the money and the title would be vacant.

    He had to do it in the eliminators. However being a Mayweather groupie, he most likely used an IV. VADA testing would lower the chances of him getting away with that
