Provodnikov would be a great match up, sink or swim kind of fight. Not going to happen though HA HA.

He could make Brook v Mayweather and people will complain.

 No chance mate, did you see his fight vs bradley? Team Brook ain't going anywhere near the russian ever. Anyway i'm sure Bob will get ruslan a decent fight, i'm sure HBO want him back on their network.

The only people that would complain would be the ones calling it a cherry pick on Floyd's behalf.

I'm sure Brook fans would be delighted and he'd get huge support for it.

Let's face it Hearn isn't capable of getting Kell a decent fight in a division stacked with good fighters,he's really dropping the ball with Kell Brook it's very disapointing

It's now or never for Kell

People have a right to hold Hearn up to the greatest possible scrutiny right now as he is essentially Head of Boxing at Sky. So increased levels of flak are going to come with that territory no matter what happens.

Personally though, I don't have a problem with Brook settling a score with Jones first time out after his break from the ring. He can then hopefully get his head sorted and move on because his talent deserves the big fights which Hearn clearly wants to deliver for him.

    Didn't you read my post?

I said Kell needs to be fighting in the states it's the only way hes going to get decent match ups.Im pretty sure those fights can be made if Hearn pulls the finger out and let's Kell Brook off the leash.Hes 27 now it's sink or swim no point in protecting him anymore in the hope if making him a star, throw him in with some good fighters have confidence in him and see how far he goes.I just feel there's too much ***** footing around with Brooks career, nobody seems to know how to promote him.

Don't worry ruslan will be over here in 2015 after he suffers a run of more losses then wins over the next couple of years and sky will still label him as dangerous as hell :yep :good

Hearn got him a title shot, he pulled out twice. Kell is the one who seems reluctant.

Didn't Brook have to fight 3 Ibf eliminators for a shot?

It was hardly Eddie Hearn in there doing the boxing.

    He's a promotor that's his job...

He was in position to fight Alexander on HBO and he got injured. **** happens and now here you are complaining about how he is promoted. Was it Eddie's fault that he got injured or was that fight still not good enough?
He can sell more tickets in the UK than the US so why should he go over there unless it's worth his while? This is prizefighting after all. He (and Eddie of course) can make more here and after the carry on with the DA fight, who is going to be offering him big money to go across the pond? No one!
Maybe if he motors through the likes of Carson Jones in impressive fashion instead of trickling over the finishing line, he might get a decent offer from the US but he has to earn it.

Yeah i've been critical of hearn saying the opponents won't give Brook a good test but he got him to the mandatory position. Now kell has pulled out twice due to a foot "injury". Maybe its Kell who is having doubts and doesn't want the fight? Eddie can't fight for him.

Kell was offered the fight with Tim Bradley and Hearn advised him to turn it down and fight another Ibf eliminator against Hector what's his name. Can you imagine the exposure Brook would have got if he put on a good performance or even beat Bradley his career would have sky rocketed.Ok they wernt offered great money and there were options in the contract and blah blah blah.It was the opportunity Brook had been waiting all his career for.

I bet he's kicking himself he never took that fight. All this business with Alexander and injuries could have easily been avoided.

Kell Brook was in no position to turn down a fight if that magnitude wtf was Hearn thinking?Him and his Ibf eliminators milking Kell for all he's worth instead of putting him in important fights.

Bradley v Brook was never going to happen anyway though as Tim decided he didn't want to fight in December. I thought they should have at least accepted the offer but in the end they sneaked a little earner against some Argie and earned a better deal to fight DA in the end. The injury blew everything out the water though and the fact is he's not in a position to immediately get a big fight right now.

Hearn was thinking that a fight with Alexander who is an easier fight then Bradley without options was the better route and it would of been if the injurys hadn`t happened, it was bad luck that was all it was a solid plan.
