"Brook knows that he will have to be at his best if he is to keep alive his hope of a world title shot in 2011." i think he can take a few rounds off

not really. there are some fine african fighters with good training and solid amature systems all around the continent. ghana is pretty strong and has produced some great fighters.

but these afro-bums that are imported in!...crazy. it's like getting stuart elwell or andy bell to fight for a international/intercontinental title. it's undercutting the whole tournymant that boxing rankings are based on. they are not the best in the the district let alone country.

There needs to be some element of risk built into your fights leading up to fighting for a world title though.

Pacquiao would wipe him out inside a round, the rest of the top 10 would inside six.

He's fought nobody, yet is wanting to gatecrash one of the strongest divisions..... not looking good for Not So Special K :deal

wasnt really defending just point out Dean Powells thinking.

Jackiwicz would of been a good choice or the guy Hatton beat in July.

I was only going to watch this from the DeGale - Smith fight onwards anyway, so I won't miss much. The card would be shocking if it wasn't for Wlad - Chisora and the HBO feed later.

Brook's competition has been staggeringly bad up until Jennings and even that fight disapointed.
