Brook needs to target someone better than Danny. Danny's had 1 fight at the full 147 limit. Skill-wise, I'd jump on the Danny fight too if I were Brook.

 

Rios got paid less money to fight Bradley after he ducked out from fighting brook. Then he tried to use the British ban on his gloves as some Kind of excuse.

Brook got injured in sparring in preparation for Chavez. Broken rib so was right to pull out.

Which other fighter would not do the same. Broken rib is not something you can just walk off.

The brook fight is there for Garcia. Instead Danny is looking at the winner of berto and Ortiz.

I have the same confusion......maybe I'm a bad judge of character but one of Danny's best traits is his heart, he goes for it even if he's outclassed.

Take away Danny's father and his ties to a hip hop urban lifestyle and he'd be a household star and peoples champ easy. Society is extremely judgmental.

 

I doubt it, expect a Luis Collazo-type opponent to be announced as Garcia's next fight

Brook will be once again shunned aside and will probably end up facing Frankie Gavin again
