I think it would be good. FMJ doens't need anyone to "train" him. He does seem like the type that would appreciate the analysis from someone who knows boxing. FMJ is a student of the game despite the "I don't care" exterior.

We might also see a change in his mental state too. I think he needs that more than anything. Lord help WWs if Mayweather starts cultivating his spirit.

Beef. They are both HYPER competitive. Sr is one of those guys that says, "Son you are good, but you will never be as good as me."

He trained him all the way up until he went to jail. After the fame started coming he could never put his son on higher priority than himself. Roger took over.

Both have egos too. Floyd started to become more aggressive in the ring but eventually became more defensive again. Notice he wasn't so "pretty" in the Augustus fight and during that time he was with Roger. Sr wanted him to be more defensive and Roger wanted him to be more of a mixture of both.

Floyd knows what he is doing.

He learnt the fundamentals from his Dad and Roger has been there to help with technique and conditioning. In an interview it was told how Floyd often goes against Rogers advice when being told what to do in training, also Floyd is asking his dad for more strategy advice now he is back in camp.

I would be suprised if he doesn't have his Dad in the corner, if Roger goes down.
