    Bruce Lee doing pax sao training when he was still more of a traditional wing chun practioner, before he invented Jeet Kune Do which was a blend of different fighting techniques. His hand speed, timing, power, and even kicking speed unbelievable.

    Exactly, looks like a bunch of nobodies standing around, not resisting, while somebody almost slaps them.

    Sparring is light contact fighting, there was maybe 3 seconds of it, the rest is just drilling or demonstration.

    It's easy to look good when nobody is trying to stop you.
