Dustin Poirier defeated Conor McGregor by knockout in the 2nd round at UFC 157, and even though the Internet is circulating memes of Conor sleeping in the Octagon after taking some damaging punches from Poirier, the conversation in martial arts circles has been about how Dustin used a technique from the godfather of mixed martial arts himself, Bruce Lee.
Is the calf kick one of the most important kicks in MMA fighting in today`s game? How legit were Lee`s kicks?

The vid explains how Lee`s Jeet Kune Do incorporated the calf kick into it`s style and method and Conor himself respects Lee`s martial arts.

Jeet kune do had no style, that was the whole point.

You incorporated whatever would benefit you best.

Why do you copy and paste others opinions?
At least acknowledge the original author of the material rather than attempt to pass if off as your own.
