Mercer at his best would destroy Seldon.He was fast but no way could he cope with the merciless one .Not pretty
There was talk about these guys fighting each other circa 1992-93 but their paths never crossed. That said I narrowly favor Mercer to win by KO or stoppage. The reason I say “ narrowly favor” is that Ray sometimes showed up in bad form and either fought lazily or foolishly. The Mercer who hammered Morrison SHOULD beat the Atlantic City Express. But again, that rendition of Mercer wasn’t always seen.
