He's right, the fight needs to happen. But is it me, or did he actually say Haye wouldn't have a chance in hell in his era?!
Haye wouldnt have stood a chance in ANY era. The old timers would have just laughed him out of anything with all his BS, the 70's heavy's would have punished him, the 80's would have driven him to Coke, the 90's (imagine Haye vs Lewis or Holyfield LOLOL!!!) would have crippled him for life, and today's guys just him run and hide and shout while hiding behind people.
I think Bruno's strong jab early in the fight might surprise Wlad. I know it did against Lewis, Bruno was actually outjabbing Lennox in the first half of the fight. I think with Bruno's power, anything's possible if he fought Wlad. We all have seen how Wlad's inability to take a punch or deal with adversity early in fights has cost him in the past. Bruno was the first fighter to ever hurt Tyson, and he was able to the same to Lewis. So I certainly wouldn't count Bruno out. Though his stamina would be my main concern, so if he don't take his man out early. I do see him losing.
I think it would be a miracle if Haye would survive 3 rounds against prime Bruno, and Vitali would wear him out and stop him late or outpoint him.
I see bruno beating both Klitschkos, maybe getting stopped early by haye, because frank was a slow starter and could be supprised by haye, if bruno got past 4 rounds with haye, i see bruno winning by stopage. Old frank was very very under rated as a fighter, and he is correct, all three fighters, wlad vitali and david would have had big problems facing late 80´s and 90´s fighters.
