Yeah I just got that when he tipped big Frank to KO Ali.

I’m slow on the uptake today. This self isolation has me struggling to interact with my fellow humans/boxing geeks.

I didn't specify which version of Ali.....1989 Bruno would KO 1989 Ali

    For Garcia read Bonecrusher Smith.

Even if we allow a little licence and look at relative career stages rather than straight ages, Frank has got problems here.
Garcia was on a good run when he beat Norton. The first opponent Bruno had whose career was on an upward trajectory was Bonecrusher Smith. It's 50/50 so I'll give Frank the benefit of the doubt.
Ali, Foreman and Holmes ? They may as well sew handles on Bruno's shorts !
By the time of the Shavers fight, Earnie would be older but if he performed against Bruno the way he did against Norton I think he would stop Frank.
Cooney is an interesting one. Frank usually did well against slower moving big guys. He clobbered Anders Eklund and the usually durable Mike Jameson. Cooney was better than both of those guys but not necessarily by miles. He had a huge left hook but his chin wasn't Kevlar. I'll give that to Frank by stoppage.

What are you up to? I will say this he may have well have knocked out Frazier instead of Bugner by 1987, what a heap of crap that win was, Bugner was nowhere near Foreman`s level in 1987 when George started his comeback.

Joe was broke s usual. He'd blown all his money in Oz where he'd had a great set up with a vineyard but had somehow made a pig's ear of it. Eddie Hearn offered him £1M. Simples.
