In one corner we have Frank Bruno, who'd wrestled away the WBC belt.
Facing off against Golota who'd just lost /won his second fight with Bowe.
Does Andrew freeze up and panic as in his fight with Lewis?
Does Bruno suffer a ko loss as he did in Tyson 2?

Golota at his best has a chance but I think Bruno has to be favourite

Yep if Golota freezes as he did with Lewis then it could be a short fight. If he's as sharp as he was with Bowe tho, I see him stopping frank in around 8. A lot depends on Andrew s frame of mind imo.

Golata from the Bowe fight beats Bruno imo, I love big Frank but I don't think he's on that level

Also Bruno was In the last stage of his career, he only had the Tyson fight left to go. If Golota put the pressure on him then his age catches up.

Tough one. Earlier version of Bruno would be favourite.
Trouble with Frank was they built him up again and again against a long list of Cans and each time he stepped up he lost.
His best win was against a past his best McCall.

Bruno would find a way to lose. Golota had an aura after the Bowe fights. It turned out to be very fragile, but it needed someone as confident as Lennox to shatter it. Bruno should have the tools to win, but he would be intimidated and Golota worked at his best when he could bully.

Just wondering Gordon, if Bruno had enough in him to beat Golota?
We know what happened in his last match against Tyson, but that was Tyson. Would Frank feel more confident here or does seeing what happened to Bowe put a little doubt in his mind?
Hard to say at that point with Bruno imo.

I think by that point Frank was done. Frank used every ounce of everything he had left to get by McCall.

Apart from the 2nd Tyson fight Bruno never showed any tendencies to be intimidated.
The only person who would tend to be intimidated here would be Golota we all know he was mentally weak.
I think this fight could go both ways. Bruno stopping a possibly intimidated Golota inside 5 rounds but if Golota survived that stopping Bruno in the 2nd half of the fight with Frank as per usual gassing.
I tend to think the outcome would be the latter. When you get down to it all round I think Golota was better than Frank.

He reacted strange after the win I remember, he was close to tears about a remark that Mccall was supposed to have said. I believe his mental health problem s were showing then.

Golota at around the Bowe fights was so fluent and crisp with his movement and combinations. I can see him getting off to an early lead and outboxing Bruno until he gets hit really hard somewhere around the middle rounds and then starts to question himself. Bruno by eighth round stoppage in a fight that looks a lot like Golota's fight with Michael Grant. Also, Bruno hit extremely hard and he actually outjabbed Lewis for large portions of their fight. This is a 50/50 fight but Bruno should be able to weather the early storm and get to him eventually.

Bruno was fragile, he admits it himself. Look at the first Tyson fight, he was so tense, then realised after the knockdown, things were not that bad. All his big fights had that tension at first, even his best performances (Coetzee, Coetzer and Bugner), it was that his opponents did not capitalise.

Golota may not capitalise either, but I suspect post Bowe he probably would have.

I agree Golota felt pressure, but unlike Bruno, who tensed up, Golota tended to get dirty, and that intimidates The Bomber even more.

No lost/won. He couldn't put Bowe away despite throwing everything but the kitchen sink and DQs exist for a reason.

Well I disagree pal, but I concluded that Golota would win anyway!
