Stevenson is starting to dig into Rosales, southpaw jabs setting up various types of left hand. Stevenson feints a right hook, grinding his forearm into Rosales' chest to drive the wind from him and push him backwards, taking all the steam from a couple of Rosales body shots which end up just grazing. Stevenson quickly doubles up on a left uppercut, cracking Rosales flush with both and dropping him. Rosales can't shake the cobwebs and gather his wits upon rising to comply satisfactorily with the ref's instructions.

idk, might be a matter of timing. If they met right now, yeah, from Rosales to Warrington could be too fast a leap. Stevenson has been improving steadily all throughout his pro run, though - whereas Josh is a finished article, WYSIWYG.
