Bryant Jennings vs Andy Ruiz who wins?

If Jennings is the same fighter he was 3-4 years ago or anything close to it I'd favor him to win a comfortable decision... 116-112 or 117-111 like. Ruiz would be outclassed but not disgraced.

However... If Jennings has faded due to inactivity and lack of motivation and Ruiz Jr. has continued to progress under Sanchez then things might go differently.

I got excited for a second. This would be a fantastic B+ crossroads HW fringe contender match-up, and is one I very badly wanted to see back when they were the US' top undefeated prospects.

 

I think Fatboy outhustles him in what some might class a robbery, and what I'd class a damn good mesh of styles regardless of the outcome.

 

Didn't Parker get a somewhat lucky break vs the fatty?
I remember a lot of people having that fight for Ruiz.

 

Yeah, that fight proved they're roughly of a level. So if, say, Joshua destroys Parker and then later this year or next fights Ruiz, and people complain about it while having propped up Parker as having a legit chance against Joshua, I'm just gonna laugh.

 

Jennings hasn't been the same since he went full vegan after the Szpilka fight.
His engine and intensity seems to have suffered.
He got favorable officiating vs Wlad aiding him in keeping the fight inside, but as a contender, his day has passed.

Ruiz Jr will stop him in 8 or so

 

Ruiz IF he comes in lighter, gets Jennings on points. Too fast, too much skill on the inside.

 

Jennings has only lost to power punchers so far and taller guys. Jennings should be able to out box him.

Andy Ruiz has a new trainer, is taking a lot of weight off, he would knock Jennings out! I had Ruiz beating Parker................and he was somewhat fat them, but now he is getting new conditioning..................he can punch hard and has a solid chin...................look out!
