Jennings needs to be busy. He's only had a handful of am & pro fights & is still learning on the job. Does anyone know if he's still working full-time?

He will gain more from fighting a semi-respectable guy like this than a journeyman. Jennings is by far the most promising American HW prospect imo. If he keeps improving then he might be a very good fighter one day.

"Collins is a true heavyweight blessed with a large frame, heavy hands, and a great chin.

He also doesn’t sport any tattoos on his body, he attends church every Sunday, and he is a quiet family man when he is not inside the squared circle.

But don’t let the mild demeanor fool you…the “Freight Train” can crack and he is very competitive."

 Choo-Choo. This guy is perfect for Jennings

Name wise, definitely. But in the actual fight, Liakchovich barely even put up a fight, so who knows if it is really THAT much of a step back.

By the videos it doesn`t seem like Collins is on Jennings level, though he does look like a fighter, will have his 8 full weeks of training camp and it`s a major oportunity for him.

It can get really competitive on june 16th.

I agree Collins is a clubfighter, but lets not forget Jennings doesn't have a lot of experience (only 13 pro fights).

After 21 pro fights and his amateur experience, Deontay Wilder is still fighting weaker opposition.

Liakhovich had been extremely competitive with a top contender five months earlier.

Collins' best win is over blown up SMW Rubin Williams, coming off literally a dozen losses.

Huge step back in class, regardless of how much effort Liakhovich did or didn't put forth against Jennings.

  14. No no no that is not how boxing works at all. You only take backwards steps if you lose especially these days. Tyson Fury and Povetkin for instance. Every fight is experience and activity. No matter who Jennings faces,he wont lose anything unless he actually loses. He just has to stay active and beat every mother****er they put in front of him. He already took one step up unlike Boytsov. Jennings is gonna beat this bum and then on to bigger fights for sure.

  15. becuase Boytsov is wasting space. I know he cant do **** in the divison and so do most of the others except Euro pole smokers. All we need is this Boytsov to be exposed on TV and he can retire or at least stop pretending that he has any shot against a guy in the top 10. Boytsov and Dimitrenko are pure garbage. Boytsov hasn't improved in 5 years or taken even the slightest step up in opposition. He never impresses even in his wins because he always acts bored. **** Boytsov, feed him to a fighter with some heart and skill.
