    Round 1

Fast and furious start, both teeing off with heavily loaded rear-hand shots, thrown in teardrop fashion up high to crash down past the guard. Both men slightly hurt early. Turns being taken setting up stone-skipping rights past a jab from medium-long range. Hutchinson controls the middle of the round for a minute-plus, but Maderna clobbers him with thirty seconds left. Both nick each other with jabs on the mouth before tying up and spinning in a tight waltz.

    10-9 Hutchinson

The referee is ****. I dont understand what he does.

Hutchinson tried to play dirty, and maderna answered even more dirty (I think he does right).

    Round 2

Maderna starts the round out aggressively, pumping out shots coming in -but walks into a backfoot check-jab and is dropped early. He's up and circling away, lobbing jabs and 1-2s himself but not looking as strong or confident as the Brit. The jab of Hutchinson finding the mark a bit more often, but he's missing plenty as he tosses out bunches of them as range-finders. Hutchinson also whiffing on big right hands, but is backing Maderna into the ropes and making him jump in to clinch. Maderna clips him with a right hand, but is caught in a bear hug and hit with a rabbit punch.

    10-8 Hutchinson

    20-17 Hutchinson

Offensively Hutchinson looks pretty sharp, that short left he threw to score the knockdown was very well timed but he still looks a bit too open and keeps his hands too low imo

    Round 3

Hutchinson is pressing in behind the jab, but Maderna picking most of those off now, pinched between his gloves or nudging aside with his inner wrist as he steps around. Maderna with some 1-2's from a crouch but getting blocked himself. Very quiet round, neither man scoring much. Grazing right by Maderna just before the bell.

    10-9 Hutchinson, close

    30-26 Hutchinson

    Round 4

Hutchinson feints a jab and delivers a plunging windmilled right hand into Maderna's temple and drops him VERY hard as Maderna was trying for a wide counter left hook. Maderna tries beating the count but shaken up and rightly waved off.

    KO4!!!

Just when maderna was being more successful, Hutchinson connected a great right hand and put him on the canvas. Maderna cannot beat the count, and game over.

Hutchinson is talented and he does look impressive offensively with those fast hands of his and he carries a dig in them too. The KO defeat, as with Itauma, does raise questions about his whisker strength though.

Gonna be honest, wasn't blown away but Hutch skill-wise. He's clearly a level above Itauma overall, especially in the chin & power department (thus a far better result against their common opponent Maderna) but I'm not sure he's a superior boxer. Quite a bit sloppier, looser puncher and more defensively careless.

Was just having a cheeky look at that myself, obviously his chin isn't cast iron but the loss to Lennox Clarke to me looked more the result of just horrible positioning & ring IQ, and that cocky habit of carrying both hands low.

Maderna gets out of the ring on stretcher. He fell to the canvas in a really weird manner, tbh. I hope he's ok.

Worrying signs as Maderna seems concussed and has to lay down, he didn't take excessive punishment but that last shot was a heavy shot right behind the ear and he was dropped hard
