How long has Hearn been talking about making this...? Johnson is very dangerous for anyone in that division, especially Buatsi who maybe hasn’t progressed/impressed as much as first thought when he turned over. I’d say Johnson stoppage in the first half of the fight or Buatsi to get a foothold and win rounds later on.. although it won’t happen anytime soon
35 years old, been a professional for 10 years and only had 19 fights. His two best wins are against Monaghan who is proper on slide and Buglioni who was also on the slide. He’s living off putting Beterbiev on the canvas...whilst I don’t think Buatsi is all that, Callum Johnson hasn’t done that much more imo.
He is a massive puncher and huge talent but these are the facts. Great 50/50 for me. Buatsi is fresher but if he boxed liked he did last time out it would be an early finish by CJ
