Then who is he fighting at 168 genius ? Nobody in that weight pulls like Canelo. He admitted in the post press conference he's not going to 175. Janibek is a higher risk low reward at 160 we know Crawford isn't fighting him. So who is it?

How about a Jermall Charlo fight? Charlo is a name fighter and it would probably sell well, depending on where it was held at.

He doesn't have to fight anyone at 168. He is open to 160 also

    Jermall
Winner of Benn - Eubank jnr.

Well those fights do absolutely nothing for his resume. Jermall hasn't accomplished anything at 168 which is where Charlo fights at now. Benn and Eubank are fringe contenders in their own weight class and have never won a championship

You are missing the point as usual. Once he beat Canelo at 168 and became 3x undisputed he no longer needs to add to his legacy or resume. Now his focus is adding to his bank account.

He no longer has anything to prove, so remove that calculation. That part of his career is now over. Sort of like what Canelo has been doing.

Benn Eubank would have to be turki funded, they are basically nobody's with no world level accomplishments. Useless fights. I hope Crawford actually fights someone with a pulse like Sheeraz. Canelo has at least been fighting ranked contenders no matter how mediocre they are

Lara and Adames are not fighting anyone. Jannibek has been trying to get them both in the ring and neither guy is interested.

Jannibek/Crawford is an interesting fight. I think it’s a tougher fight than Canelo because Jannibek can move, feint and counter, even better than Madrimov.

Crawford vs Benn/Eubank might sell out wembley,. they are big names in the UK. Sheeraz is the nobody. I don't care about crawford proving himself anymore really as long as he drops the belts. No way he fights 6'3 Sheeraz lol

You are overestimating their popularity. They are trash. It's a useless fight. Crawford vs Canelo 2 is a commercially bigger fight.

But regardless if he goes that route Usyk is definitely the greater fighter

Here is piece from ring magazine.

Since a return to junior middleweight is out of the equation, would Crawford consider the unfathomable idea of moving up seven more pounds to make a run as a light heavyweight, and for a title in a sixth weight class?

Naw, we ain't going up that much,” Crawford said with a laugh.

What Crawford is considering, however, is a middleweight run, and even retirement.

Who knows, I might go down to 160,” said Crawford without shutting down the thought of calling it a career. “I’m going to sit down and talk with my team to see what’s next.

Crawford came up knowing that he can beat THIS VERSION of Canelo don't get it twisted..

Canelo is an exception at 168 he is quite small in height .. most 168 fighters are 6ft plus at this weight .. trust me it's not about Crawford being better boxer than Hamzah, Benavidez or Pocheco it's purely these guys hold massive size reach and youth advantages..

Crawford is not sticking around 168 , I will be very surprised if he did .

Canelo and Crawford are the same size. Canelo deserves major props for even fighting Bivol. He dared to be great.
