Bud Crawford vs Michael Nunn

I'll have you know I watched all those fights as a teen, I saw the first fight vs Hearns, Benn and the Duran fights on ITV, I even met Benn that year at a boxing venue in London, I saw Toney vs Barkley and the rematch vs Hearns on Sky sports, Barkley was very easy to hit.

 

What a strange comment, why wouldn't I have watched those fights, what point are you trying to make? Barkley did not look great in those fights.

 

I stand by my point that Barkley, along with those other names I noted, would batter most of the fighter's competing today.

 

....Benn should have been disqualified (and never gave rematch), and he really beat Duran but They gave it to Duran to set up the 3rd Leonard vs Duran mega fight. Toney beat him, yes.

 

Duran was 38-39 and landed constantly in that fight, Benn beat the crap out of Barkley who looked really sluggish.

 

Toney beat him? Toney toyed with him.
