Manny and Floyd have deeper resumes but they were simply not as good as Bud is.

    IMO

    Bud
    Floyd
    Manny

You are probably right, although most would disagree with you

Crawford being better than Mayweather is debatable.

Would beat head to head? Very likely he beats Pac and him vs Floyd is reality bending epic matchup I could see both guys winning...

But better than them? Im not so sure about that... I dont think I see the case for him being better than them.

This is the hypocrisy of Floyd haters and Manny haters(not many) they hate on them beating some older fighters but hype up crawford beating a 37yr old or usyk beating a cracked out retired Fury.

Mayweather already beat Canelo 12-0 with a 14 pound weight disadvantage and being 13 years older.

Not to mention Mayweather has a much better resume overall.

    Taken from thread

I always said he'd make Canelo look silly.

Crawford has ALWAYS passed the eye test for me with flying colors.

What a super weird career though, for what he has accomplished on paper, his resume is so darn weak hahaha. Context matters. Spence was never that good (serious) Canelo hasn't looked good in years.

If pound for pound do the least for most accomplishments was a thing, he'd be #1

And no you idiot, he is not on the level of Manny. Mayweather is debatable

I rate it Manny best then Bud and Floyd third.. Floyd never tried to fight the best when they were the best.

I like Crawford, but he's a bit lucky he had to fight a guy of Canelo's dimensions.

Do you think Crawford beats Andre Ward or Joe Calzaghe? (That's a hell no for me)

Canelo is just not all that and a small SMW.

Floyd fought a younger Canelo who was not yet tops and he made him weak at 152

It depends on how much value you put into being undisputed. Some treat it as if it's a significant accomplishment that outweighs every other accomplishment. Others will want to know how you became undisputed and who did you become undisputed against and treat it as another accomplishment. Essentially, the resume of names beaten would carry the most weight. So in this situation, Bud is a 3x undisputed. Floyd has never became undisputed. So if that's what you care about the most and it outweighs everything else, then yeah, you will rate him like that. But Floyd has greater longevity, significantly more wins against champions, more title fight wins, significantly more hall of famers on his resume, was the face of boxing who even inspired the fighter you are comparing him to, fighter of the decade in the same decade where most of Crawford's career took place, etc. Floyd has much more accomplishments than Bud even if we factor in being undisputed.

Canelo had over 40 professional fights and had 7 world title fights under his belt.

The weight argument is also a myth as Canelo prior to the Mayweather fight weighed 152 pounds which Is a grand total of 1 pound difference.

It's the only example I've seen where an older fighter gets discredited for beating a younger champion.
