I might lean towards Buddy because his top end work was a bit better, but honestly it could go either way.
Now here's a great matchup Goo. I think Williams is the better more explosive fighter here and i think he'd wear Baer down for a late TKO.
Winner by Ko in Round 7..Cleveland Williams. A war, and Buddy throws some hard leather his way. But Cleveland bounces back to blast Baer to the canvas. Would love to see this.

I don’t think it’s a good matchup for either man. Think Cleveland may just beat him to the punch though. Max is another story he’d destroy cleveland.
If Williams fights smart and uses his mobility and handspeed advantage he could beat Buddy, but if Williams tries to fight Buddy head on and go for a knockout like he did against Satterfield or Liston Buddy lays him out.
I’d make Williams a comfortable favorite. I might however narrowly favor big bro Max to lay Cleve out. Hmmm
