Ricky would probably beat the McGirt that was raw at 140, the one who lost to Frankie Warren - a swarming, poor man's Henry Armstrong. However the best McGirt at 140 picks Hatton apart and McGirt at 147 does so even more clearly.
I more or less agree. However, I would not make Ricky at his best THAT much of an underdog. While slick, McGirt was there to be pressured, and overrun, and Ricky could do that.
