Always thought Bradley was a little underrated - but McGirt is probably even more so. I'd go with McGirt here as well. I think to beat a peak McGirt you needed something exceptional or special in a particular area: in the case of Taylor and Whitaker it was that raw speed and ability to keep him from getting set with combinations. Bradley was really more of a solid all-rounder, not poor in any area but not particularly great either. His problem here is that McGirt was an even more solid all-rounder with a more worthwhile punch, better skills fighting inside and the better jab. McGirt by competitive but relatively clear decision.
McGirt had faster hands than Bradley. I wouldn't hold it against Buddy that he was made to slow by arguably the fastest handed fighter ever. So would Bradley.
