    He was taking a beating. But since you are brand new. And with one post .I feel you were one cheering for Brewster and going to hate on Wlad.

    I don't blame Brewster for quitting, especially considering his history with his eye.
    What purpose was it going to serve for Lamon to continue to absorb that type of punishment.
    It was an absolutely, one sided beatdown.

    And interestingly enough, very little holding from Wlad, as many have accused him of doing too much of in recent fights.

    Very little. I think he clinched 7 times during that whole fight.

    I thought McGirt acted admirably. Brewster was being outclassed and he just didn't look like he could get into the fight. He's a family man and didn't need to take a shellacking out there in the faint hope of landing a knockout blow.

    Absolutely. There was no point in allowing Brewster to go out just to get knocked out, which is what would have happened had the fight continued. Always liked Buddy McGirt, class boxer in his day too.

    no surprise here.

    There was never any doubt in my mind that Wlad was a better boxer than Brewster, even when he lost the first fight
