    A source close to the negotiations told MMAjunkie.com verbal agreements are in place and that bout agreements are in the process of being finalized.

    UFC 107, headlined by UFC lightweight champion B.J. Penn vs. Diego Sanchez, takes place Dec. 12 at the FedExForum in Memphis, Tenn., and airs on pay-per-view.

    We'll get to see what Duffee is made of. I wouldn't count him out yet he is a strong guy and is a wrestler so taking buentello down sure would be an option if the stand up doesn't go well.

    Duffee is going to sink or swim. Beating Buentello would be a big notch in his belt at this stage in career. But if he gets knocked out harder than Michael Bisping, well, then it certainly sends his career back a few steps. I can't see this one with a pretty ending.
