The best of British Heavyweights got me thinking that this would be potentially a horrible match up, but could be close, who are you going for?
Fury easy ud. Bugner would try to peck and poke his way to a decision, Fury has too much height and reach, it would be a replay of the Fury vs Wlad fight.
Neither will be busting a gut in forcing the action but I can see Fury just been a bit more active and bore his way to a unanimous decision.
Finally a Fury matchup that makes sense. These two are on about the same level. Fury has a size advantage, Bugner a skill advantage. Would be boring as hell to watch.
We'd never know the result because the last person in the arena (officials included) would have left long before the end.
IMO Bugner would surely find a way to **** it away. Boring should be a catch-phrase for many of Joe's fights. I've mentioned this several times but...would any of us pay a frigging dime to see a Terrell-Bugner scrap?...zzzzzzzzzz Offer me a ringside seat with free dogs & beer and I'll still opt to stay home and watch Jason & the Argonauts for the up-tenth time. The great Ray Harryhausen's creature's battles are much more exciting.
