Bugner v. Middleton highlight on primetime was a nice little treat

I have to say that I thought the Primetime coverage was excellent. There may have been a thread on this already but i've been avoiding all the Dirrel was robbed BS...

Subscription problems aside (though these were unforgivable) the coverage was very entertaining. Showing highlights of Carl's early fights was a nice treat as well as the key points from Pascal and Taylor. No commentary team is going to please everyone and I wasn't 100% over the moon with Rawlings but I thought Bunce and Rosenthal were great fun to watch and Andy Kerr as roving reporter was an inspired choice. The interviews with Froch in the car on the way to the fight and in the changing rooms were excellent.

I'm a big fan of Woodhall and McGuigan and I've always like Adam Smith but you can't have everyone I suppose!!

Fingers crossed they continue as they are and sort those subscription problems out.

Bugner was a random choice, decent scrap to watch but did I miss the link?

Agree that overall the coverage was good. I had a couple of sound problems but nothing too major. As much as I like Jono, he's no commentator. But other than that, sound set up I thought.

Middleton busted Bugner's jaw. Like Roy "Tiger" Williams, Middleton is one of the few heavies Ali did not fight in the 1970s, although Ali sparred Williams for the Foreman rumble (along with Larry Holmes, of course).
