hey, I just started getting in to MMA and boxing. I put a post like this in the boxing forum and didn't get much help so heres another go. I want a good routine for strength, weight loss(fat) ,speed, explosiveness, before I find a serious place to learn MMA at. I have about 2 hours a day to put in to this right now. I will have more when summer break arrives. Does someone know a routine that would fit my schedule? or build one for me? thanks a lot, Jonathan.
