SO i want to build mass and cardio. I know that doing cardio kills some muscle of so whats the best routine. if possible could anyone give me a workout? At the moment im going for mass 3/4 days and working 1/2 days on cardio (1h+ run/sprints)
Look at bodybuilding.com forums for the best info. I do suggest keeping your cardio to sprints and training to near anaerobic levels and supplementing w bcca's,glutamine, and protien powder to keep your hard earned mass but in creasing your cardio output. HIIT w a jump rope also helps tremendously.
