i want to build around 10 pounds of weight to fight at 160 but i do bagwork, jumproping, etc and wouldnt want to take them off because i am planning to have a fight in 2-3months any good ideas
eat alot bro. eat 6-7x a week and eat a **** load of GOOD food each time. do u lift weights? BTW im doing the exact same thing.i want to go to 160 in a few weeks right after wrestling. but i want to get to 189 or 215 with a low BF% by next december
in the morning i go for a morning run 1/2-1hour middle of my school day i have karate(weird ass college class) after school i go for bagwork, abwork, and jumproping near night time i go to my bjj class so basicly i dont have much room for weight work =(
bro i am mad busy to so what i do is mark ripetoes routine very short takes me 15-20 minutes to do and makes u gain lean muscle quick. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224 i gauruntee if u do that workout u wil gain the mass quicker then you thogt possile
first, i think u were tryin to say 6-7 x a day.... 6-7x a week is only one meal a day. And why are u trying to gain so much weight? 215 is too much weight for someone (supposedly) 6'1... im 6'2 1/2 and weight baout 215-220 and im trying to lose weight.
i eant 6-7x a day lol. and its because #1 the heavier weight classes are ezier in wrestling. and my goal is to become the UFC heavyweight cham
just eat more... the more you eat, the more weight u gain. Just make sure you arent loading urself with junk food, eat a lot of the right foods. If u dont increase ur food, u wont gain weight.
