building mass without taking out cardio

    i want to build around 10 pounds of weight to fight at 160 but i do bagwork, jumproping, etc and wouldnt want to take them off because i am planning to have a fight in 2-3months any good ideas

    Simply do your best to work out how much energy you are expending on "cadio" workouts.

    eat alot bro.
    eat 6-7x a week and eat a **** load of GOOD food each time. do u lift weights? BTW im doing the exact same thing.i want to go to 160 in a few weeks right after wrestling. but i want to get to 189 or 215 with a low BF% by next december

    in the morning i go for a morning run 1/2-1hour

    middle of my school day i have karate(weird ass college class)

    after school i go for bagwork, abwork, and jumproping

    near night time i go to my bjj class

    so basicly i dont have much room for weight work =(

    bro i am mad busy to so what i do is mark ripetoes routine very short takes me 15-20 minutes to do and makes u gain lean muscle quick.

    first, i think u were tryin to say 6-7 x a day.... 6-7x a week is only one meal a day.


    And why are u trying to gain so much weight? 215 is too much weight for someone (supposedly) 6'1... im 6'2 1/2 and weight baout 215-220 and im trying to lose weight.

    i eant 6-7x a day lol. and its because #1 the heavier weight classes are ezier in wrestling. and my goal is to become the UFC heavyweight cham

    just eat more... the more you eat, the more weight u gain. Just make sure you arent loading urself with junk food, eat a lot of the right foods. If u dont increase ur food, u wont gain weight.
