    Ok, try standing on your head backwards while throwing leg kicks and chasing a chicken around a laundromat. That will help you in the ring.

    If theabduct and adduct arent correct theres a problem with conditioning of the structure as regards muscle, you arent getting conditioned. Youre getting injured :good

    Its how we plant the foot in walking, and its return, adduction Its the movement of the foot going back and forward that gives the clues of whats wrong with the nueromuscular system above. Its great fun. :yep
