from what i saw you need to focus more on the guy in front of you rather than the pads. like someone said earlier as well about being light on your feet. you are a big dude and you look like you have good power. i like the left hooks you throw, one of my personal favourite punches. also if you want to keep your hands lower make sure your reflexes are great and don't comit to much with that right hand cause it will leave you open if you have a low guard. train hard man keep us posted man. do the veg and philly proud.
    what gym is that? barry's?
i used to train with auggie with a friend before i moved.

Mayweather is doing a good job training those guys ... the one seems to have good technique ... the other is a long shot.

Mayweather is doing the most important thing in creating muscle memory and forcing these guys to work.

The good thing is that they're amateurs.

Appreciate that. The other guy is my brother. He is completely new to boxing. He is 1-0 in the amateur ranks. He works very hard but he is greener then me by at least 7 months

One guy really said it, repetition, repetition, repeitition.

Don`t over reach with the jab.

It looks flash to keeps your hands down and saves energy but will get you hurt unless you got great reflexes.

Fitness and stamina, look at the Klitschko`s or Haye, not easy as an amateur, but they are always in that shape.

Neck muscles...To work the muscles at the back of the neck, simply lay face down on a flat bench, with your neck hanging over the edge, and, placing a weight plate (I started out using a 10lb plate) on the back of your head, holding it with your hands, going through a full range of motion lift your head back, squeezing at the top, and lower it again...Be careful though, this will hurt!!

    Very best of luck..

I see a lot of problems here that are typical of the modern day heavyweight. To much emphasis on being strong, not enough on being slick and fast. When you study boxers, look to the smaller guys to learn the craft. You do that and you'll be ahead of lots of your fellow big men.

    1. Your head doesn't move. You need to get some rhythm and head movement to become elusive. With the super big heavyweight out there, You are not tall enough to stand up straight like that.

    2. Too flat footed. Get a bounce in that step.

    3. Focus on punching quick and snappy, instead of hard. The power will come when the technique is there.

    4. I'd consider cutting back on the weights and slimming down. Those big arms might look cool, but they sure are hard to keep up. All that energy spent in the weight room, would be better served working on boxing techniques.

Thank you very much for your insight. A few things. You have very great points. But the one thing is though I don't lift weights! I know it sounds crazy..but I've been built like this since 16., and I don't have enough body fat to lose weight. And subscribe to me on youtube and send me a message so I know exactly that its you! I want to share something with you! Thanks for your much helpful insight!

Thanks...I can definitely notice when I've been eating right or not when I train. When I get better and get sponsors and stuff ill have a vitamin and protein regiment that will really help. For right now I can only improvise.
