BUmped into Abner Mares last week at gym!

    how many times does THAT happen?

    working out at a regular gym and a world class boxer is throwing bows. you even got a free f'n shirt.

    you're gonna have to sport that when Mares fights Nonito in Vegas.

    FOr sure i like Nonito too.. But Mares has been my guy at bantam for awhile, although the underdog in that fight im pulling for him... I think he will get past Agbeko in a tough fight.

    THats not the first time.. Daniel Ponce Deleon was at the same gym a couple months ago,, Did get a pic with him... He was training with a MMA friend of mine Larry Landless who was his conditioner, and doing plyometrics and strenght training for his fight against the bigger Adrian Broner...... Both fighters said my gym was the halfway point or close to their conditioning trainers... Ponce lives in the next door city to where im at... Mares actually lives in the same city where my son does,, both local guys (although Ponce from Mexico originally)....

    2 other guys who live in my city are Antonio Margarito and Izzy Vasquez (havent bumped into either)... But a buddy of mine works at a big nearby park and always use to see Margaritoo doing his road work there.
